I suggest to those cases that are in actively reveiwed status is to contact with a live agent using emma. i did that this morning and I found out that my status is in my local office already since last month and waiting for a scheduled interview, the status did not changed to "ready to schedule an interview" but according to the agent I will receive a mail for the date of my interview.
What is the next step?
