Payam Tarifard

Attorney Payam Tarifard has received his J.D. degree from the New England Law | Boston in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association. As a second-generation immigrant, he understands the difficulty immigrants must go through and provides them with the best immigration solutions to achieve their goals. Payam Tarifard has helped individuals from all around the United States and globe with strategic immigration plans tailored to each client to fulfill their immigration goals. Other than hundreds of successful immigration petitions and applications, he has also successfully argued and won employment cases at the Immigration Administrative Appeal Office (AAO). Attorney Tarifard has experience in various NIW and EB-1 cases involving professionals from the scientific community, entrepreneurs, and athletes. In addition, he has assisted corporations with PERM and H1B applications to hire employees or receive visas through investment (E-2). He has also helped individuals with family petitions and naturalization, and he has extensive experience in asylum and removal procedures.
